Unioverse, the game creation platform that combines the best gaming experiences with innovative blockchain features, has announced the launch of its latest game: Hoverdrome.
Hoverdrome is available in pre-alpha for Windows PC players. The action-packed game promises a unique combination of the classic games Rocket League and Mario Kart, blended with blockchain technology to offer a new experience. This includes offering interoperable NFTs that the owners can use across all the other games in the Unioverse ecosystem.

To mark the release of the new game, Unioverse announced a new tournament whose winners will share a 15,000 USDC and 300,000 $UNIO prize pool. This tournament has been sponsored by Polygon, the leader in Ethereum Layer-2 scaling solutions. It is free to enter as long as participants meet the minimum PC requirements. It will run from August 26, with the finals set for August 31. Tanner Metro and Orbital Casting, two of the leading casters in the gaming world, will provide live commentary for the final.
