- Sui founder Adeniyi Abiodun envisions AI-to-AI collaboration powered by Sui’s smart contract infrastructure.
- OpenAI partnership could boost Sui’s adoption as it positions itself as a key player in the AI and blockchain convergence.
The next big leap in technology may lie in autonomous AI collaboration, according to Adeniyi Abiodun, co-founder of Mysten Labs and key developer of the Sui Network. In a recent post by Finbold, Abiodun highlighted “AI-to-AI coordination” as a transformative opportunity that could redefine the tech landscape.
In a recent tweet, Abiodun envisioned a future where billions of intelligent agents transact, innovate, and operate independently, powered by the Sui Network as a global coordination layer. He stated that the mission is to empower billions of autonomous agents to transact, build, and innovate without limits,” projecting that 2025 will be a pivotal year for Sui.
AI-to-AI coordination is the next frontier.

Abiodun believes that AI agents will play an essential role in everyday life, conducting tasks and making decisions autonomously on behalf of users.
Sui Network as the Backbone for AI Connectivity
Abiodun sees Sui as the ideal blockchain to facilitate this evolution, providing the smart contract infrastructure for seamless AI-to-AI interaction. He elaborated that Sui could enable AI agents to perform complex operations, such as payments and bookings, autonomously.
With its decentralized architecture and ecosystem of DApps, the Sui Network is well-positioned to integrate financial and operational layers into the AI landscape.
Abiodun also expressed interest in collaborating with leaders in artificial intelligence, including OpenAI, to drive this vision forward. He noted that such partnerships could boost the adoption and utility of Sui while solidifying its role in the expanding AI narrative.
The Road Ahead
As AI innovation accelerates, Sui Network’s potential to merge blockchain and artificial intelligence could become a defining milestone for the industry. While the project’s trajectory shows promise, Abiodun advised cautious optimism, noting the need for careful development as Sui expands its capabilities and token supply.
Ethereum, one of the most widely used blockchains for smart contracts and decentralized applications, often serves as a comparison point for AI-related projects. In a previous CNF post, Sui (SUI) outshined competitors on all fronts, recording a net flow of $24.3 million, surpassing Ethereum’s $9.7 million, according to a report shared by Mysten Labs co-founder Adeniyi Abiodun.
As of today, according to CoinMarketCap data, Ethereum (ETH) is trading at $3,340.45, with a 9.13% decrease in the past day and a 0.11% surge over the past week. See ETH price chart below.
