Rarible, a renowned high-speed on-chain commerce and non-fungible token market platform, has launched one-of-a-kind on-chain storefronts. These branded modular spaces will let non-fungible token traders own their marketplace presence, tell their stories and engage communities in unique ways that go beyond normal trading. To create its first storefront, the Rarible NFT team has partnered with VeeFriends.

Rarible Launches On-Chain Storefronts

In an October 08 press release, the Rarible NFT team announced the launch of on-chain storefronts. By description, the storefronts are branded, modular spaces where creators and companies can own their marketplace presence, tell their story, and engage communities in ways that go beyond normal trading. For the first storefront, Rarible has partnered with VeeFriends, a non-fungible token project from serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk.

Launched in 2021, Rarible is the on-chain commerce platform powering the future of digital asset trading. Fast, multichain, and battle-tested over five years, Rarible NFT marketplace provides the leading infrastructure for on-chain marketplaces. The NFT trading platform also allows users to create, buy, and sell NFTs, while letting the community govern the platform through the RARI token. Rarible supports various blockchain networks, including Immutable X, Ethereum, RARI Chain, Base, Polygon, Immutable X, zkSync Era, zkCandy, Celo and Moonbeam.

In their latest project, the Rarible NFT team has launched Storefronts. This project came when consumers are increasingly choosing to shop online, which has driven substantial traffic, with the total e-commerce sales expected to reach $7.06 trillion by 2026. As more people move online, the experience is shifting. Brands and creators are looking for new ways to engage their audiences, driving more people to own crypto and digital assets.

Rarible’s On-Chain Storefronts Overview

Rarible’s storefronts are designed as digital shops and community hubs, giving NFT brands full ownership over their marketplace presence. They are modular, customizable, and equipped with features for both primary sales and secondary trading. Built-in storytelling tools allow companies to highlight videos, narratives, and project updates directly within their store. While commenting about this project, Jonas Lamis, the CEO of Rarible, remarked:

“As more and more ecommerce moves on-chain, every brand is going to need its own on-chain presence — a space where they can sell, connect, and tell their story without intermediaries,” said. Our storefronts make that possible, and we’re thrilled to have VeeFriends as the first to launch.”

For the first branded store, Rarible partnered with the VeeFriends NFT team to create a branded hub for their universe of 250 characters that are brought to life through collectibles, comics, cartoons, and real-world experiences. The recently launched VeeFriends Wallet Powered by Privy is also integrated into the storefront as a sign-in feature on Rarible. This allows users to log in with VeeFriends and seamlessly buy digital collectibles with a credit card through their VeeFriends Wallet on the Rarible NFT marketplace.

Before summarizing, the Rarible NFT team confirmed that the launch of Stonywith VeeFriends is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, additional iconic IPs and brands will debut their storefronts on Rarible. From branded storefronts to custom integrations, Rarible is the global partner for brands like Mattel, McFarlane, Universal, FOX, Paris Saint-Germain, UFC, Rekt, Base, and Animoca Brands.
