- A crypto-friendly travel booking platform has launched a new program that will roll in extra income for participating SHIB holders.
- On top of major developments on the network and new features, the team behind the Shiba Inu project continues to forge new partnerships that help accelerate SHIB adoption.
Travala, a crypto-friendly travel booking platform has launched a new affiliate program for Shiba Inu (SHIB) holders. According to the official announcements, SHIB holders will be able to join the affiliate program and earn a percentage on every person they introduce to the 3M+ travel products in over 230 countries and territories worldwide.
Recent data shows that the affiliate program industry is set to grow to approximately $14.3 Billion in 2023 globally and $15.7 Billion by 2024. Thanks to Travala, SHIB holders will be able to enjoy a piece of this billion-dollar industry earning 5.5 percent commission per booking according to the travel agency. Participants will also get a percentage on any sign-ups using their unique link.
You’ll receive an extra commission of 0.5% for each new user who signs up for a Travala.com account via your affiliate link and makes a booking. Users who have an existing Travala.com account and make a booking will not be eligible for the extra 0.5% commission.
The exclusive special offer for SHIB holders strengthens the relationship between Shiba Inu and Travala. Travala which is a blockchain-based travel company backed by Binance officially began accepting SHIB for payment back in December 2021. Since the cryptocurrency was added to the over 90 tokens accepted, it has become one of the most used tokens in the agency.
Interestingly, SHIB was the first meme coin to be listed on the platform beating its main competitor Dogecoin (DOGE). It is further encouraging for Shiba Inu enthusiasts that the agency is taking emphasis on SHIB and its holders, suggesting they believe in the long-term success of SHIB.
Shiba Inu outperforms in network development & partnerships
The Travala adoption is not the only major achievement for Shiba Inu in the past week. As CNF reported, Georgia citizens can now make SHIB and crypto payments at the Radisson Hotel through Binance Pay.
