The Billy price has surged 50% in the last 24 hours to trade at $0.1783 as of 7:25 a.m. EST on a 29% pump in trading volume to $37 million.
The pump made BILLY the top gainer among the biggest 100 meme coins by market capitalization, according to CoinGecko.
