According to a Tweet on September 15, FINE is a new memecoin project on the BNB Smart Chain that offers 0% tax. It got listed on CoinMarketCap 24 hours after its launch.

The project rose to popularity immediately after its debut and recorded over 10,600 $FINE holders, with over 58,000 transactions completed in the ecosystem.
