The Launchpad will take place over three rounds on ProBit Global’s Launchpad platform. Round 1 will open on April 16, 2025, at 03:00 UTC and close on April 18, 2025, at 03:00 UTC. The token price in Round 1 will be set at 3.0 USDT. Buyers using PROB will receive a 15% bonus, while those using other currencies will receive a 5% bonus. A minimum purchase of 4 STABUL is required. Generation Event (TGE), and the remaining 60% distributed in equal portions of 12% every 30 days over five months.
Round 2 is scheduled to begin three days after the close of Round 1 and will run for 10 days. The token price will be 3.10 USDT. A 15% bonus will apply to PROB payments, and a 10% bonus will apply to payments made in other currencies. Distribution will follow the same vesting structure as Round 1, with 40% at TGE and 12% released every 30 days for five months. The minimum purchase requirement remains 4 STABUL.
Round 3 will commence five days after the close of Round 2 and will also last for 10 days. The token price will be 3.20 USDT. Purchases made using PROB will receive a 5% bonus, while no bonus will be applied for purchases using other currencies. Tokens acquired in Round 3 will be distributed with 50% released at TGE, and the remaining 50% distributed in equal portions of 10% every 30 days for five months. The minimum purchase requirement remains unchanged.
Stabull Finance is positioning itself as the fourth generation of AMMs by focusing on stable swaps and commodity pairs through advanced bonding curve mechanisms and support for non-USD stablecoins.
