Fartcoin Price Plunges 8% As Investors Pivot To This Crypto

The Fartcoin price has plunged 8% in the last 24 hours to trade at $1.70 as of 11:26 p.m. EST on a 22% drop in trading volume to $525 million.

Fartcoin Price Could Recover

The FARTCOIN price on the 4-hour timeframe earlier formed a rounding bottom pattern, and capitalized on it to soar over the $1.56 resistance.

However, after the breakout, the Fartcoin price has retraced sharply, currently sitting around $1.70. It appears that the price of FARTCOIN is testing previous resistance, now turned into support, around $1.56, according to GeckoTerminal data. 

The retest of this level is critical, as maintaining it could indicate a continuation of the bullish trend.

The price of Fartcoin now trades well above both the 50-period and 200-period Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) on the 4-hour chart, which suggest FARTCOIN could still enter into a bullish move.

Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 49.36, hovering near the neutral 50 level. This shows that momentum is neither strongly bullish nor bearish, and the market may be consolidating as traders await further direction.

Importantly, the RSI has cooled off significantly from previous overbought levels, creating room for another potential bullish move.

FARTCOIN Eyes $2.5

The Fartcoin price is currently at a critical juncture, with $1.56 acting as a strong support level. 

If the price of Fartcoin holds this level, a rebound toward $2.00-$2.20 is likely, with the potential to retest the previous high near $2.50 if bullish momentum resumes.

However, a breakdown below $1.56 could lead to further declines, potentially targeting the 200-period SMA around $1.14 as the next major support.
