3. Binance Coin (BNB)
Next on our list of top cryptocurrency for 10x gains is Binance Coin. The asset operates as the exchange token for Binance – currently the world’s largest crypto exchange.
As an exchange token, BNB’s performance is tied significantly to Binance. The asset was able to ride Binance’s wave in 2021, posting a gain of 1,200% all through the year.
Heading into 2022, BNB will continue to track how Binance performs in the market. The exchange’s reign atop the CoinMarketCap rankings isn’t under any immediate threat, even though several other exchanges have started to beef up their services. With its support for advanced traders and access to multiple countries, Binance remains a major asset.
The exchange has already made several expansion plays, with its acceptance into Canada and the kingdom of Bahrain. Now, Binance hopes to conquer one of the world’s most uncertain markets as it pushes into Russia. If an exchange can make it in Russia, it’s got to be Binance.

4. FTX Token (FTT)
Like BNB, FTT is an exchange token. It is the native coin for FTX – the third-largest crypto exchange by trading volumes.
FTX has been a star in the crypto space since it got into the limelight a little over a year ago. The company and its billionaire CEO Sam Bankman-Fried appear to have their hand in pretty much everything. This shows an appetite for growth that should have bigger exchanges like Coinbase and Binance on notice.
This year alone, FTX has been on a tear. The company’s President Brett Harrison confirmed that FTX would be looking to incorporate stock trading into its service in January. If successful, this will mean that FTX will become an all-in-one investment and trading platform that can rival pretty much everyone else.
FTX followed that up by launching FTX Ventures – its venture capital arm. Experienced VC Amy Wu will lead FTX Ventures, and it will command a $2 billion war chest, which FTX hopes to invest in innovative technologies and early-stage startups across the blockchain and crypto industries.
Just this week, FTX Trading – the exchange’s holding company – announced a $400 million Series C funding raise. This brings the company’s valuation to $32 billion. The raise comes after FTX US – the exchange’s American-based subsidiary – raised $400 million at an $8 billion valuation.
As FTX continues to grow, FTT’s value should surge as well. The exchange is the most vibrant right now, and investors should be excited for sure.
5. The Sandbox (SAND)
SAND is the native token for The Sandbox – one of the crypto industry’s best iterations of the metaverse. The Sandbox is a game where players explore a universe, purchase property, and play games with others. With the metaverse being a hot-ticket item right now, The Sandbox has been raking in cash.
Of course, the fact that they are swimming in money isn’t the only reason why The Sandbox and SAND are so attractive. The Sandbox has also taken an active role in development, and it has been inking different partnerships along the way.
Just last week, The Sandbox announced its Metaverse Accelerator Program, where it plans to invest $50 million in startups that build within its ecosystem. Projects will get initial investments of $250,000, with bonuses based on their performance.
The Sandbox has also partnered with Warner Music Group to create a musical theme park and concert location within its metaverse. The location is expected to host different concerns and live experiences, featuring Warner’s expansive catalogue of musicians.
